Software Engineer

Build, test, and maintain internal systems and tooling. You will work with analysts and researchers to ensure stability, accuracy, and maintainability of deployed systems.

Founding-level people leadership for a high-trust technical organization. You will design and lead hiring across engineering, analytical, and operational disciplines, build onboarding systems, and maintain a high-performance culture.

• Lead recruitment for multidisciplinary R&D and operations roles
• Build onboarding and internal training systems from the ground up
• Design evaluation frameworks tied to accountability and outcomes
• Uphold confidentiality and culture standards across the team

Embedded directly with leadership. Coordinate critical workstreams, document live sessions, and maintain the rhythm of internal projects. Excellent communication and discretion are essential.

• Capture and organize internal sessions into reference material
• Track milestones across research, development, and support teams
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to create concise summaries and documentation
